New York County Updates:

Effective 04/22/2024, the following New York counties will be available as a county level search rather than a New York Statewide:

Clinton, Fulton, Montgomery, Chemung, and Washington.

Please see this updated list of New York counties that can only be completed at a statewide level:

Alleghany, Bronx, Cayuga, Erie, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orleans, Queens, and Richmond.

New York Statewide covers all 62 counties in New York State.

Illinois Statewide:
4/22/2024 - The Illinois State Police is working with limited staff and resources. Please expect extended delays.

New Hampshire - All Counties:
4/22/2024 - Courts in all New Hampshire counties are currently operating with limited staff which is causing increased turnaround time in court search processing. We do not have an ETA for resolution at this time, please continue to expect extensive delays.

Kansas Counties - Delayed:
Since October 12, 2023, Courts in Kansas have been experiencing system issues due a sophisticated foreign cyberattack that impacted the information systems used by the Kansas Judicial Branch. Service is expected to return gradually over the month of January to the various affected systems used by the 104 Kansas counties. This timeline is still subject to change and information will be updated as it becomes available. The following are a list of counties that are not processing at this time:

Updated 4/25/2024: Finney, Sedgwick, and Wyandotte.

The Kansas Statewide can be run and will provide felonies and misdemeanors, but it will not return any non-convictions, unlike the county. In most cases, the KS Statewide will also not return alcohol related driving charges.

Fulton County, Georgia - Delayed
4/19/2024 - Fulton County, Georgia Courts have advised that the Public Access Terminal (PAT) is now back up and functional. We are now processing searches. Please expect delays as we work through the backlog.

Holmes County, Mississippi:
3/8/2024 - Updated 4/11/2024: Clerks in Holmes, MS courts are currently not assisting with court searches. At this time, there are no alternatives to completing the county search and searches are unable to be processed. We do not have an ETA for resolution; however, we are closely monitoring this situation and will provide updates as we receive them.

Lander, Mineral & Pershing County District Courts, Nevada:
3/11/2024 - Please expect extended delays as the courts in these jurisdictions are going thru a digitization project for case information. We will keep you apprised of any updates as they become available.

Yavapai, Arizona:
03/12/2024: Please expect extended delays in Yavapai County as well as Arizona Statewide searches as the Yavapai Superior Court is working with limited staff and resources. We will keep you appraised of any updates as they become available.

Los Angeles, California:
3/26/2024: Effective 2/23/2024 the Superior Court of Los Angeles County will no longer include the month and year of birth as criteria in its criminal name search engines. Courts are also setting limitations on file pulls based on staffing levels and service demands extending excessive delays. Please continue to expect delays. Information will be updated as it's available.

Berrien County, Michigan:
4/2/2024: Please expect extended delays as courts in this county are undergoing a change in their case management system. This will begin on 4/8/2024 and is estimated to take up to 3 weeks. No searches will be completed during this time. Information will be updated as soon as it is available.

North Carolina Counties - Delayed:
4/15/2024 - Please expect a delay in the listed North Carolina counties as they are migrating to a new case management system starting on 4/17/2024. This migration will be taking place on a rolling schedule. We do not have a full schedule for the updates, and we will closely monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available. The following list of counties are beginning this transition on 4/17/2024 and searches will not be able to be completed there at this time. Please expect delays during this process.

Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Guilford, Orange, Person, Vance, and Warren.

Glacier County, Montana - Delayed:
04/17/2024: Glacier County, Montana Justice Court Clerk will be out of the office on April 17th, through April 19th, 2024. Searches out of Justice Court will be processed upon the clerk’s return. Please expect delays.

Marin, California Delayed:
4/17/2024: The clerks in Marin County confirmed that all cases currently on Diversion, dismissed after successful completion of Diversion, and cases that have been dismissed per P.C. 1203.4 record clearances are designated as “Confidential” in the court computer system. Clerks will not have access to the DOB information for any of these cases marked “Confidential." Please expect delays as Marin County adjusts to this change. We will provide new information as we receive it.

Virgin Islands Police Department Records Bureau and Government Offices - Delayed:
04/26/2024: The Virgin Islands Police Department Records Bureau as well as Virgin Islands government offices will be closed during Carnival from 1pm Wednesday, May 1 through Friday, May 3, 2024. They will reopen Monday, May 6, 2024.
