Federal Court Criminal Search & Bankruptcy Court Search
A search of Federal Court criminal records by state of residence or previous residence will reveal if the applicant was a defendant in a United States Federal Court case. A search of Federal Bankruptcy Court records using the applicant’s social security number will reveal a previous bankruptcy filing.
